Condition and Situation 两个词的比较

The meanings of condition and situation are very similar in Chinese. So sometimes it's hard for me to choose when I use them.

Phoebus wants to know the difference between the words condition and situation in English.

Both words can be translated as 情形 and 情况 in Chinese, so how do we tell the difference?
