　　The political advisors must unwaveringly uphold the Party's leadership and strengthen confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics, and build consensus among the public in order to bring together "positive energy" for the implementation of the strategic layout of "Four Comprehensives," Chinese top political advisor Yu Zhengsheng said on Friday in the work of the political advisory body.

　　全国政协主席俞正声13日在政协全国委员会常务委员会工作报告中表示，政协委员必须坚决拥护党的领导，加强对中国特色社会主义的信心，寻求最大公约数，汇聚正能量，共同奏响协调推进“四个全面”战略布局的主旋律。

　　四个全面(The "Four Comprehensives")，即全面建成小康社会(comprehensively building a moderately prosperous society)、全面深化改革(deepening reform)、全面依法治国(advancing the rule of law)、全面从严治党(strictly governing the Party)。

　　新华社评称，这次人大会议是推进“四个全面”的“春季总动员(spring mobilization)”。会议期间，代表们认真审议“一府两院(the People's Government, the People's Court and the People's Procuratorate)”工作报告、全国人大常委会工作报告、立法法修正案草案，以主人翁的态度提出意见建议。

　　截至3月7日下午2时，政协委员共提交了约5800份提案，涉及经济、社会发展的方方面面(submitted some 5,800 proposals concerning the country's economic and social development)。
