Dear Chris,

How is everything going? I have some exciting news to share with you. A volleyball match is scheduled to take place in a few weeks, and our team will be participating.

Here are the details of the match: There will likely be dozens of teams competing in a round-robin format. The top three teams will each receive a medal, and all participating teams will get a reward. The most attractive part is that the top three teams will also receive special volleyballs with the name of a popular volleyball player on them. Therefore, it's crucial that we prepare thoroughly, such as training as frequently as possible.

I'm so excited about this opportunity and can't wait to join in. How about you? Looking forward to your reply.

Yours,

Li Hua
