Do you like to go to the same place for your vacation or different places and spend little time at each place for your vacation? Use specific reasons and examples to support your choice.

A proposal from a student to the school newspaper advises that students should be allowed to use cell phone in the library for two reasons.

The first is that library should be quiet. If students talk with lower voices or whisper, they cannot be heard, so they have to talk loudly and make noise, which cause distraction to other students. So she feels it is not right to accept this advice.

Second, if students expect emergency calls, they can go out to check the message, normal, and urgent calls will be delivered by messages.

The reading passage introduces a definition, test costumers, who are hired by employers to evaluate the employees’ performance during work, usually; they pretend to be normal customers.

The professor takes one of his friends as an example to explain this definition.

The example A restaurant manager wants to observe how well the waiters do. She watched by herself, but it was successful, because people who are absorbed will behave better than usual. So she hired a man who pretended to be a normal customer in the restaurant, and asked a waitress some questions. Then presorted to the manager later about whether she is friendly and polite.
