MS in Accounting 会计学硕士适合 会计学本科或者商科相关专业本科的学生申请、就读。课程分为两个方向，分别是 Tax和Financial Accounting Assurance 。这跟绝大多数的美国会计硕士方向划分一致，分为税务和财务会计与审计这两块。两个方向的课程长度都是一年，共计30学分。以下是两个方向的课程安排：
