want to talk about an encouragement from my mother. Well,l learned to play the piano from the age of 8 and up to now,it has already been twelve years. Thepiano has become a good partnerin my life.I am so keen on this instrument and play the piano withskill. The visitors who come to my home have a highly praise on me and I often perform in front of them.How ever,when there is going to hold a piano match or exam ination, I would feel so nervous and my heart often can not calm down.I have no idea for the reason why I lack confidence when I was in the stage

我想谈谈我母亲给我的鼓励。嗯，我从8岁开始学钢琴，到现在已经12年了。钢琴已经成为我生活中的好伙伴。我非常喜欢这种乐器，钢琴弹得很好。来我家做客的人对我评价很高，我经常在他们面前表演。然而，当要举行钢琴比赛或考试时，我会感到很紧张，我的心经常不能平静下来。我不知道为什么我在舞台上缺乏自信

On my age of 10,there was one Sunday,I went to myteacher's house.She told me that next month,Lanzhou City was going to host a piano art competition and she wanted me to participate in.In that eve ning,walking through the street alone,l was wondering that whether I could overcome fear.Otherwise,my parents and teacher would be too disappointed.

在我10岁的时候，有一个星期天，我去了我的老师家。她告诉我下个月兰州市要举办钢琴艺术比赛，她想让我参加。在那个夜晚，独自走在街上，我在想我是否能克服恐惧。否则，我的父母和老师会太失望。

After I went home,my mother felt things that are not quite right.She asked what was going on and I told her about my problems. My mother said"just acting like normal and no matter what the result is, you are the best in my heart.the only person who can help you is your self.Step out bravely and handle the problem by your self,then you would conquer yourself forever.Just per forming like at home and trust yourself.you know,l am so proud of you."I listened to my mother's words and ried my best to perform well,not being afraid of the arge number of the audience.And finally I got my confi dence.Although I didn't win the best award of the competition,it was still a remarkable moment for me because I overcame my fear of being in stage and I wouldn't feel ner vous any more.My mother'sencouragement was very im portant to me at that time.

我回家后，妈妈觉得有些事情不太对劲。她问我发生了什么事，我把我的问题告诉了她。我妈妈说:“就像平常一样，不管结果如何，你是我心里最好的。”唯一能帮助你的人是你自己。勇敢地走出去，自己解决问题，你就会永远战胜自己。就像在家里一样，相信自己。你知道，我真为你骄傲。我听妈妈的话，尽力表现好，不怕观众太多。最后我得到了我的信任。虽然我没有获得比赛的最佳奖项，但这对我来说仍然是一个非凡的时刻，因为我克服了在舞台上的恐惧，我再也不会感到紧张了。母亲的鼓励在当时对我很重要。
