The first problem is the teaching arrangement. We have not given any practicallessons as promised and your staff told us these classes were cancelled due to funding issues, which is unacceptable. Besides, the teacher has been late for classes several times and this has slowed our progress.

I would be grateful if you could look into these matters immediately. Please reschedule two missed practical classes as soon as possible as we have already spent hefty time and money on the course. Also, it would be really beneficial for us if you could rearrange a new tutor for the remaining time.
