Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing with regard to an accident which happened to my friend in your theater yesterday.

Last evening, my friend and I visited the Modern Drama Center hall to watch the play Romeo And Juliet . Due to the darkness near the staircase, my friend could not see the steps and fell to the floor. This resulted in severe pain in her right leg.

Thankfully, one of your staff who was leading the audience to to find their seats came forward to help. He not only arranged a wheel chair but also managed to provide immediate medical attention. Later, the kind gentleman provided your company s vehicle as well to drop us home safely.

Apart from expressing my gratitude to your staff, I would also like to make some suggestions. I hope you could improve the lighting in the staricase area to avoid similar accidents. Also, there should be a clear sign warning visitors to be careful when going up or down stairs.
