Frankly speaking, I dont often eat snacks, and unlike other people, I dont like eating nuts although I was told that eating nuts is good for our brain. However, my favourite snacks are potato chips and popcorn.

When I was a little boy/girl, I enjoyed eating Jelly Beans which were really sweet. However, now Im not keen on this kind of snack for the reason that I begin to feel that eating sweet food excessively is bad for my teeth and health.

When I have nothing to do, eating some snacks is always my first choice to kill some time. Moreover, the time for watching TV is also when I eat quite a lot of snacks.

Eating snacks can seriously make people overweight. It is mainly attributed tosnacks. Snacks can sometime harm peoples digestive system since they often contain too much salt, sugar and oil.
