简单句

简单句是写作句式的基础，最简单的简单句仅仅包含主语和谓语两个部分。例如：Consumers shop. 写出主语和谓语仅仅是进行写作的第一步，接下来我们就是要加上一些细节描述：Consumers shop unwisely. 用wisely修饰shop这个动词，使得我们的描述变得更为精准。中国的烤鸭们在使用修饰词方面并不擅长，应该多加练习。Shop已经有了修饰词，举一反三，consumers也可以添加修饰词，如most：Most consumers shop unwisely.

如果进一步挖掘我们的细节描述，还可以给例句中的主语加上性别：Both female and male consumers shop unwisely.

当然，关于谓语的动作我们也可以使用一个并列结构来进一步解释细节：Most consumers shop unwisely and spend too much money. 这里的shop and spend就是复合谓语结构，但是此句仍然是一个简单句。

同理，我们也可以将主语改写成复合主语结构：Most female consumers and their husbands shop unwisely.

将主语和谓语改善后，我们还可以继续添加介词短语作为细节的补充说明，例如地点状语、时间状语等：

Most consumers shop unwisely in their early ages.

Most consumers shop unwisely and spend too much money on luxurious purchases.

Most consumers shop unwisely in the places of attractions and spend too much money on souvenirs.

当然，我们在进行写作的时候一定要注意词汇搭配问题。下面，我们以雅思写作常见的一个句子为例：Advertisements have influences on people.

这句话的重点部分为：advertisements，influences， people。后两个我们可以加上适合的修饰词，可以先试试简单点的：Advertisements have great influences on young people. 进一步思考，influences我们通常都和positive / negative 搭配;advertisements也可以分为commercials和non-profit adverts;people可以用the general public替代：

Commercials and non-profit adverts have both positive and negative influences on the general public.

再来一个：Community service is helpful for both students and society.

我们可以扩充为：Establishing community service as a compulsory part in high school education is not only helpful for students but also meaningful for whole society.
