Those who criticize the salary gap may focus on toil of basic workers while rendering directors with the common public image of a bunch of layabouts; nevertheless, such an assumption mistakenly ignores the underlying relevance of decision makers to a businesssometimes it is foresight of the leadership that brings million-dollar orders or leads a company out of the crisis.
From what has been discussed above, it is my conclusion therefore, the justification for directors to earn more than regular employees is a question to which the answer is context dependent, and therefore it is simplistic to label it either necessary or unfair.
